I am proud to lead a school that cares for every child, member of the school team, and community. This is a school that is passionate about inclusion, equality, equity, and social justice. Dorney School is ambitious for every child who attends our school. We seek to develop happy, resilient, emotionally intelligent, and responsible citizens of the future. We are fully inclusive and accept every child for who they are. We do not seek to change anyone but to equip each child further with self-belief, universal values, love for their family and community, and academic prowess. We know that our children uphold our shared values, and we are proud of our community of learners. We genuinely believe in acceptance not just tolerance.

Our motto of Respect, Collaborate and Grow is threaded through the curriculum and in the provision of the school. We are proud of our pupils and their tenacity to make our world a better place for everyone. Our school ethos is driven by our personal, social, health and economic curriculum which is based on ‘No Outsiders’ as everyone is welcome. This includes you too.
